Support for every step of the journey. Hello, I'm Hazell a birth worker, doula, yoga teacher, women and birthing people's advocate. I'm passionate about supporting you on your journey. On this site you’ll find information about menstrual health, pregnancy, postnatal and core rehabilitation classes, birth preparation, doula work, video and audio content, birth stories, blogs and useful links. Classes are based in Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, and my services are available in person in West Yorkshire or online from wherever you are in the world. Welcome!
